Separate by design
Each company’s invoices, customers and users are kept apart. A customer only ever sees bills issued to their own number, by that store.
One-time codes, done right
Six digits, valid for five minutes, with limited attempts and requests. Codes are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form.
PDFs only for the verified customer
Invoice files sit outside the public web and are handed only to a signed-in customer. Every download is recorded.

Protected sign-in
reCAPTCHA checks for bots, accounts lock after repeated failures, and every page is served over HTTPS.

One API call per invoice
Your billing software sends the invoice, its line items and the PDF in a single secure request. An invoice number can exist only once in a financial year, so a retry never creates a second bill.

Frequently asked questions
Do my customers need to install an app or create a password?
No. They open your page in any browser, type their name and mobile number, and enter the six-digit code they get on WhatsApp. That’s all.
Whose WhatsApp number do the codes come from?
Your own WhatsApp Business number. You connect it once in the admin area, using the official WhatsApp Cloud API, so customers see your business as the sender.
Will my customers get a message every time I make a bill?
No. TabSpree never messages customers about new invoices. A code is sent only when a customer asks to sign in.
Which billing software works with TabSpree?
Any software that can send an invoice over a secure web API. We give your developer a complete guide with ready-to-use examples. You can also add invoices and upload PDFs directly in the admin area.
Can customers find a bill without the invoice number?
Yes. They can search by the name of an item they bought or by its serial number, and filter by financial year, month or dates.
Is my data kept separate from other businesses?
Yes. Each business has its own address, users and data, and nobody from another business can see it. A customer only sees invoices issued to their own number, by your business.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Upload your logo and choose an accent colour in the admin area. They appear on your customers’ sign-in, code and invoice pages.
What happens if my subscription ends?
You get 7 days’ grace with full access. After that your account becomes read-only, but your customers can still sign in and download their invoices. Renew any time to carry on.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Ask for an encrypted export of all your invoices, line items and PDFs at any time.
